Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have to be embedded into everything we do: how and who we fund, how we work and who we partner with.
We want the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust to take bold steps in this area and to be more equitable, inclusive and transparent in the way we work.
We are delighted to be working with Dr Lateesha Osbourne to support us on this journey. Together with our trustees and staff, we are developing a shared set of definitions, principles and an action plan that will continue to evolve as we listen, learn and reflect.
