Our current Executive Director Susan Soar is moving on to new opportunities in spring 2023 so we are now recruiting for a new Executive Director to fulfil her role.
Susan says: 'This is a rewarding hands-on leadership role for someone wanting to develop and consolidate their management experience. Iolanthe is a unique organisation at an exciting stage in its development. It creates change and improves services for mothers and babies by giving funds directly to midwives and student midwives. '
The Charity has huge potential and you can be part of its story.
The Charity has been in existence since 1983 and became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2021. We are looking for a new Executive Director to take us forward as an inclusive, responsive and dynamic charity for midwives and student midwives. The Executive Director will oversee the day to day running of the Charity and will be assisted by an Administrative Assistant.
The Iolanthe Midwifery Trust is a diverse and equal opportunity charity. We welcome candidates from a diverse background and from historically excluded communities. We recognise that candidates may have disabilities and health challenges, both visible and invisible and we will make necessary reasonable adjustments to provide a safe and supportive work culture.
You can find more information about the role and download an information pack with application information, on our Trust Vacancies page.
