For nearly three decades the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust has been helping midwives and others through bursaries, fellowships and special awards. More than 300 awards have been made during the Trust's existence. Award winners come from across the UK.

 

The Iolanthe Midwifery Research Fellowship, the Iolanthe Midwives Awards and the Tricia Anderson Award are open to midwives only and the Iolanthe Student Awards are open to midwifery students. The Ann Stewart and the Dame Rosalind Paget Awards are made at the discretion of the trustees - see the individual web page for details. The Iolanthe Midwifery Trust values diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.   If you are applying for an award you might find the leaflet on "Making the most of yourself" helpful. The closing date for the 2013 awards has now passed. Details of award winers will be announced later in the year.
